Based in St Marys. Serving Western Sydney.
Who We Help
We work with people at different stages of life and different starting points.
Busy Adults — Personalised coaching that works around a busy schedule without requiring another trip to the gym.
Older Adults — Strength, balance and movement coaching adapted to your current ability, delivered at home.
Returning to Exercise — Progressive coaching for people returning after time away, injury or surgery where appropriate.
Disability-Inclusive Coaching — Individual movement support adapted to abilities, goals and preferences. NDIS enquiries welcome for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
How It Works
- Book a free consultation — a no-obligation conversation by phone or video call to discuss your goals, location and whether coaching is a suitable fit.
- Discuss your situation — we listen to what you need, ask relevant questions and explain our approach honestly.
- Agree on a starting point — if coaching is a good fit, we outline a suggested approach and transparent pricing. No pressure to proceed.
- Begin coaching at home — sessions are delivered at your home or an agreed local outdoor location across Western Sydney.
Why Choose Holistic Fitness International
Training comes to you — no gym, no commute, no intimidating environment.
Sessions are adapted to your individual needs, goals and current ability. There are no generic programs.
We draw from multiple movement methods — strength training, mobility work, mat Pilates, balance and coordination — and choose the right combination for each person.
Safe, Supportive and Within Scope
We are a personal coaching service, not a medical clinic. We work within our professional scope and alongside any medical or allied health guidance you have received. Medical clearance may be recommended before commencing.
What Holistic Coaching Means
We use the word holistic deliberately — not as a vague claim, but to describe how we work. Rather than applying a single training method to every person, we draw from several movement approaches and choose what is most useful for each individual.
Depending on your goals and current ability, sessions may draw from:
- Strength and resistance training
- Mobility and flexibility work
- Balance and coordination practice
- Mat Pilates-based movement
- Myofascial release and recovery techniques
- General conditioning
- Breathwork and movement awareness
Not every session includes all of the above. The combination changes as you progress.
Meet the Coach
Holistic Fitness International was founded by Jean-Marc Bruneau, who leads coaching delivery across Western Sydney.
Jean-Marc holds a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness and a Mat Work Pilates qualification. He has experience working with older adults, people returning to exercise after injury or surgery, adults with disability and NDIS participants.
He works within his professional scope at all times — alongside, not instead of, any medical or allied health guidance clients have received.
